What is Pew Letter?
Pew Letter is a done-for-you service that turns a church's Sunday sermon into a week of ministry content: short clips, a devotional, a small-group discussion guide, a blog post, and social media captions. It is built for small churches and works by email, with no dashboard to learn.
How much does Pew Letter cost?
Your first sermon is free, with no credit card required. The Founding Church plan is $19 per month, locked for 12 months, and covers 4–5 sermons per month. The Standard plan is $29 per month for 4–5 sermons per month.
What do I need to send?
A link to your sermon recording: a YouTube video, a Facebook video, or an audio file URL. Audio-only recordings work; you do not need professional video.
Does it work with audio only?
Yes. Pew Letter works from an audio recording alone. With audio only, you receive the written content (devotional, discussion guide, blog post, captions) plus audio-based clips and quote cards instead of video clips.
How is Scripture checked?
Every Scripture reference in your content is checked against what was actually preached and quoted in the Bible translation you choose. Clips are cut at sentence boundaries so they never end mid-thought. Pew Letter only repurposes what you preached; it does not write new teaching.
Which Bible translations are supported?
You tell us your preferred translation at sign-up. Some translations have licensing limits on how much text can be quoted; public-domain translations such as the KJV, WEB, and Reina-Valera 1909 can be quoted freely. We will confirm how your chosen translation is handled before your first delivery.
Is bilingual content included?
Yes. Bilingual content is included in the plan price. Spanish is offered at launch, with Portuguese and Korean planned. Tell us your languages when you sign up.
How do I receive and approve the content?
Each Monday you receive one email with the week's content and a suggested Monday–Friday schedule. Approve it with one tap, or reply to the email with changes such as "make clip 2 shorter" and we will revise it.
Does Pew Letter post to social media for me?
At launch you receive ready-to-post files and a suggested schedule. Direct posting to Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube is in development and will be offered once it is working reliably.
Will my sermon be used to train AI?
No. Your sermon content is not used to train AI models without your consent. The full privacy policy is being finalized.
Who is Pew Letter for?
Small churches, typically under about 100 people, with part-time, bivocational, or volunteer staff and nobody dedicated to media. It also suits bilingual congregations and churches with rotating preachers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month and you can cancel by replying to any Pew Letter email. The Founding Church price is locked for 12 months while you stay subscribed.
